How much does it cost to get started?

Getting started is absolutely free! Simply fill out the form on our Get Started page, and we'll be in touch via email to set up a discovery call. There is no cost involved, and we'll be able to answer any more questions you have either over email or during the call.

How will the discovery call be structured?

The discovery call is just a quick way for us to get to know you, and vice versa. We'll ask you basic questions about your business to get a better understanding of your needs, and you can ask any additional questions you have right off the bat.

What does the rest of the process look like?

Once we have a good feel for your needs, we'll send you a proposal with a detailed outline of your website. After the proposal is agreed to, we'll schedule a second meeting to discuss the design in detail. This gives our team a better idea of the look and feel your website should have. From there, the design process usually takes 3-4 weeks, with regular check ins for your approval along the way.

How much does it cost to host my website with you?

We offer a comprehensive hosting service for $40/month billed annually. That includes use of our content management system, contact forms, SEO, analytics, and support. You are also free to request your website files at any point, and host your website elsewhere for no additional charge.

Do you offer search engine optimization?

Yes, search engine optimization (SEO) is included with our hosting plans.

Do you offer maintenance and support?

Yes, maintenance and support are included with our hosting plans. We have a dedicated support email to receive all of your support related questions and requests at no additional charge.

Can I sell products on my website?

We don't offer ecommerce or payment functionality on our websites. We typically recommend setting up a Shop page using Shopify and using a navigation item to link to your Shop where users can make orders.
